	Goochland Youth Athletic Association participates in the Dixie Youth Baseball League. Registrations are now open. We will be accepting registrtaions for baseball until February 12, 2012. You can obtain a registration form by clicking on the link to the right. Print out and mail to: GYAA Baseball P. O. Box 287 Goochland, VA 23063 T-Ball: 5-6 years old Machine Pitch: 7-8 years old Minors: 9-10 years old Majors: 11-12 years old DATES TO REMEMBER Assessments for Machine Pitch, Minors and Majors Sunday, February 19 1PM - 7PM at Goochland High School Gym (NO CLEATS!) 1:30 – 3:00PM Machine Pitch (7-8yrs.) 3:30 – 5:00PM Minors (9-10 yrs.) 5:30 – 7:00PM Majors (11-12 yrs.) Please plan to be there at the beginning time for your child's age group to register and get a # for the assessment process. Each child will go through several skills stations and will need their glove only. No cleats allowed in the gym!! We will have bats on hand. *Opening Day* Saturday, March 31 (volunteers needed! see volunteer page for info!) Games will start the week of March 26 Boys Baseball (ages 13-19) will begin registration in early March.
